Propane decal request form

Eligible Cenex® propane customers may select a decal to brand their bobtails. All products delivered through a Cenex branded bobtail must be purchased directly from CHS. All eligible customers must follow the brand standards and requirements, as outlined in the Cenex Branded Distributor Manual. Please note: this is an order request only. We will contact you with additional questions if needed, or we will follow-up with a formal quote and mock-up for you to approve prior to placing the order.
