Lubricants decal request form

Cenex® customers, who have an active Branded Bulk Lubricants Agreement (BBLA), may select a decal for their bulk or packaged lubricants distribution vehicles. All products delivered through a Cenex branded delivery vehicle must be purchased directly from CHS or through a Cenex Lubricants Terminal. All eligible customers must follow the brand standards and requirements, as outlined in the Cenex Branded Distributor Manual. Please note: this is an order request only. We will contact you with additional questions if needed, or we will follow-up with a formal quote and mock-up for you to approve prior to placing the order.
