Fuels decal request form

Cenex® customers, who have an active Branded Petroleum Distributor Agreement (BPDA), may select a decal for their bulk fuel distribution vehicle or storage tank. All products delivered through a Cenex branded bulk delivery vehicle must be purchased from Cenex under a BPDA. All eligible customers must follow the brand standards and requirements, as outlined in the Cenex Branded Distributor Manual. Please note: this is an order request only. We will contact you with additional questions if needed, or we will follow-up with a formal quote and mock-up for you to approve prior to placing the order.
